I recently visited coffee beans at puchong sierra, and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite the cafe not being busy at all, the staff seemed to be completely disorganized and struggling to manage the few customers they had. The service I received was particularly disappointing, and I think it's a reflection of the poor management and training of the staff. The supervisor, AD, took my order, but her tone and demeanor were anything but welcoming. She seemed tense and unfriendly, making me feel annoyed and uncomfortable.
What's even more concerning is that there was no greeting or smile from her at all. This is not acceptable for a coffee shop, where a warm and friendly atmosphere is supposed to be the standard. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and AD failed to deliver that.
I believe that the district manager and operation manager should take immediate action to address this issue. Regular service checks are necessary to ensure that customers receive the quality of service they deserve. As it stands, I would not recommend Puchong Sierra to anyone who values good service and a pleasant experience.

Read moreWe spent a lot of time picking out some merchandise, only to be told at the counter that it was out of stock. It would have been nice to know that earlier or have a notice up.
Also, most of the drinks on the menu weren't available. Honestly, at this point they might as well just say, only vanilla lattes and green tea are available? Everything is not available
The atmosphere of a coffee shop was supposed to be dim for a cozy environment, but it's very bright compared to other coffee shops and even dining restaurants. When I walked in, I thought there were fewer customers. But then I noticed a corner with dimmer, softer, and warmer lighting. More people were sitting in that corner, so this is when you should know the lighting of the coffee shop should be improved..
Consider using dimmer lighting throughout the shop. Not everyone goes to a coffee shop for bright lights. Warm white light should contribute to a relaxing and cozy environment, but too much of it can have the...
Read moreBelow are my BAD drive thru experience: Receive a chicken pie completely cold Receive nasty cleaning water as Latte, upon complaint, it’s changed with no apology. Always never provide utensils Order lady extremely rude and has no time for you, she is busy juggling between taking your orders and serving. If you take more than 5 second with your order, please be ready to repeat your order to the next person, a new person will be assigned. At the drive thru counter average wait time is 3 minutes. Sometimes 5 minutes as priority is the walk in customers not you. Double triple check your order, it is guaranteed 50% of the time something is missing especially if you have big order. Very seldom do you get a smile or Thank you. The staff hate you, you should not come during peak hours.
If you are the owner and you are reading this, try do a spot check and you can test if the above is true for yourself. For others, good luck. I am a coffee bean fans but not...
