A&W Sierra 16 — Restaurant in Sepang

My son wanted a simple yet can accommodate close family members and friends for his birthday celebration. My wife wanted a place that offers good food, yet easy for kids and senior family members to come without having to walk much like the one inside a mall etc. Myself, anything that is within budget is ok 🤭😂.

At first, i thought i would be difficult to cater for all of our expectations listed above, but to my surprise, A&W Sierra 16 fits all our idealistic needs.

Fits 50ish people with no problem. Abundance of carpark lot in front of the restaurant & stroller / wheel chair / walking sticks friendly. feels like the "huge portion sizing" with respect to the amount that we paid.

Plus, beyond expectation, the restaurant is sporting enough to decorate simply, following to our colour theme with no extra charge. Not many places can do this, and we are grateful for such gesture.

Another plus, the space is equipped with proper speaker system, and can be connected to out own device via Bluetooth. Its great to play our own playlist sometimes.

In short, for us, it was the best birthday celebration experience so far, especially in a fast food establishment. It goes beyond our expectations. WELL DONE to the whole crew of A&W Sierra 16 DT. WELL DONE to A&W. Keep up the good works guys.

The decorations are awesome, the air con is strong enough. But the waiter is rude and the order i made is double cheese and it comes single patty, and i waited for 10minute at counter for it to be done. There is two waiter, a female yellow shirt worker keep on yelling at a blue shirt male worker for everthing. they never use the numbering system correctly as the food already at counter but the number never show up. And in the end the cheese burger i ordered have three patty, and i think that cause more trouble in the kitchen and counter to cause more yelling. The customer service is worst. The food is average A&W's. But the new drinks for mlbb lucas set was serve warm. And curly fries is not available. Too many things in one visit, but i would name the worst is counter management. When I approach the counter, the female worker doesnt want to serve me and tell the male worker to check me out. While another malay comes to get thier food, she serves them politely. I don't know if she wants to train the new comer, but she treated the male worker badly, and i think she also doesnt want to deal with me, a Chinese. I give 2 star because of pity the male worker or else i would give just one. My family doesn't have a good...

Not the first time, Sorry I have to rate this outlet poor! I ordered thru Drive Thru today at 13:18pm, was asked to wait for 6 minutes at waiting parking lot as the crew said he will send to me. My order was 1 x 2pcs Chicken (Original) 1 x Fish DLT 2 x Curly fries

I ended have to wait for almost 20 mins and I have to reverse my car to the collection counter which I was only attended to after few honks. Despite that the drive thru lane was not busy at all, they were slow and careless about the order. What upset me further was the wrong Fried Chicken that I supposed to receive. I got Spicy Chicken instead of Original. For this I have to mention here that I did remind the cashier at Payment Counter twice that the chicken I ordered is Original! The collection crew however gave me Spicy Chicken! They also gave me cheese burger which I did not order. I only knew it until I reached home! Will pay for the cheese burger next time I go to the neighborhood definitely.

Something wrong with the whole Drive Thru Crew. They seem to be untrained, not responsive and making errors. As this is my second poor Drive-Thru experience with Sierra 16 outlet, management please...
