N91 Cafe 好靓冰室 — Restaurant in Sepang

Mood are ruined because of having lunch at here! Totally disgusted by their customer service:

Firstly when we arrived and standing beside a dirty table the waiter just quietly finished cleaning the table, then when we saw there are less 1 chair for our table then we ask the waiter to bring 1 chair to our table *politely in malay, then when he brought the chair to our table, he start showing his name tag and say he is a chinese and explain alot in details on how he is a chinese😂, bro if you very concerned that ppl speaking malay to you, you should initiate to speak chinese first like "our restaurant are use qr ordering system" or even a simple "welcome"🤣 like we care about your ethnicity

When one of my family member has just finished his meal, then still 1 more plate of order havent been served, so we ask the other waiter to help us check and see, but he reply with "this dishes need more time to prepare" and walk away, but the next second the other waiter dy serving the dishes to us🤣 bro the proper reply is to just simply say "ok will help you to check with the kitchen" those waiter doesnt give a fcuk about customer and say what they want

Has been looking forward to try out this restaurant few months ago because of their FB and google ads but totally disappointed with their service, food was ok but their cham and red bean are totally tasteless and dilute

On April 27th, 2024, my spouse and I visited this restaurant. Regrettably, the curry noodles we ordered were excessively spicy and laden with MSG.

Subsequently, my spouse experienced severe stomach discomfort throughout the night.

Additionally, we found ourselves consuming a notably larger quantity of water than our typical intake after consuming your dishes, which we suspect was due to the high MSG content.

Despite these culinary disappointments, we acknowledge and appreciate the commendable level of service provided.

Nevertheless, based on our dining experience, we have decided to discontinue our patronage of your restaurant.

Furthermore, the air conditioning system was not functioning optimally during our visit, resulting in uncomfortably warm conditions that made it difficult to breathe. This compounded our overall dissatisfaction with the dining experience.

We came to this area to see whats new. The commercial area is not the usual 4 storey shophouses type but more low rise; ie single storey interconnected shoplots (something similar to Elmina). This cafe looks busy, hence could be something good 🤔 the fry roasted pork rice is basically roast pork rice 🤣 added a few 🥒and 🍅 pieces. The fried pieces are quite nice though. We also had the drunken 🐔 with 🍚 the soup is quite nice with not heavy wine taste but a bit gingerish. 🐔 is a bit bony though. We added the ABC soup (which if bought separately costs more) and the warm soup really is a pick up. There is enough of 🍖 🥔 🥕 and 🧅 in it. 👍🏻 Ample parking here and free if parked less than 2 hours.
