Tasty Dishes but Room for Improvement at 10 Gram

I recently visited 10 Gram and tried a variety of dishes. Overall, the food was satisfying:

• Chicken Parmigiana: Crispy chicken topped with melted cheese and a tangy tomato sauce, served with fries and coleslaw. A hearty and comforting dish.

• Grilled Chicken Chop with Spaghetti: Tender chicken smothered in a rich mushroom sauce, paired with fries, coleslaw, and spaghetti. A nice balance of flavors.

• Alfredo with Turkey Ham and Mushrooms: A creamy, indulgent pasta dish with a generous serving of turkey ham and mushrooms. Perfect for pasta lovers.

• Spring Bloom (Pancakes): Fluffy pancakes beautifully presented with fresh fruits and cream. A delightful dessert to end the meal.

• Mac & Cheese with Turkey Slice: Unfortunately, this dish was a letdown. It didn’t look like what was shown in the menu, wasn’t fully covered with cheese, and tasted a bit bland. The portion size was smaller than expected, and the plating presentation was also completely different. I understand “pictures are for illustration purposes,” but this dish really took that statement literally.

However, I was slightly disappointed with the service. I waited almost 20 minutes for my pancake, and only after I asked did they realize they had missed my order. It took another 10-15 minutes to prepare after that. When I asked the waiter to check with the kitchen, he asked if I wanted it served now—even though I had already selected the “SERVE IT NOW” option. To make it more frustrating, the plates on my table had already been cleared, so it was obvious I was waiting.

Just a friendly suggestion—please train the staff to be more attentive and alert with orders to avoid these situations. For the sake of the food, I will definitely give it another try next time—hopefully without the wait for a missed...

Bad first impression from the reservation stage. Saw on their IG profile to make reservation via website - we went on the website, filled our details, selected the date on their calendar, and waited for their confirmation (as they said reservation is only confirmed once they contacted us). No response after 2 days. So I whatsapped them. No reply at all. Decided to call & the staff who answered sounded grumpy and stated reservations are not allowed on Fri-Sun - which was not mentioned at all on their website. Maybe we missed a memo but what is so hard about replying with a simple "Sorry, we don't take reservations on Fri-Sun"?. But OK fine, we walked in.

The place had a nice set up - suitable for gatherings. The main meals are mainly RM40 and above. So expect to spend around RM70 per person if you want to order a main meal and a drink.

Food to us were mostly good, we enjoyed the mushroom soup, mac & cheese, ribeye steak and chicken karaage. But the fish & chips tasted like it was from frozen fillet. Even when it arrived, we were disappointed to see the appearance as I could get a much better fish & chips for half the price..

One thing, I find it a major turn off when such a restaurant does not provide complimentary drinking water. Mineral water was a RM4 Spritzer. No other choice. Not even a RM1 drinking water (like GulaCakery). Even Jibby restaurants with similar price tag offer complimentary water with a much better service - service here can be much improved. Although the staffs were helpful when we called them, they definitely could have been friendlier.

All in all, it was an okay experience. No bad wishes for this place - just hope they can improve on some of their food and also by having a warm attitude towards their customer and more attentive - and not like we are a...

After reading the negative google reviews, we should have avoided this restaurant in the first place. It was our mistake to give this restaurant a try. I will start with the horrendous quality of service. The servers have very minimal english comprehension. I got tired and had to switch to conversing in Malay after multiple attempts at trying to convey my instructions and questions in English. The Malay lady server (unsure if she is the boss cause her attitude towards me and other servers was very rude and bossy). The way she conveyed her messages and instructions were absolutely rude and unacceptable. She was rude whenever I asked for something or even to show me where can i take some sugar for my coffee. Not sure how is she even employed there unless if she is the boss. The restaurant upcharges for every single thing. Asked for an espresso shot, they didnt understand at first then said okay then decides to charge extra, which is fine but should have informed sooner. Restaurant has no non-dairy cream option for coffee which is not ideal in this day and age. Restaurant has no hot or warm water (only bottled water which they charged RM4 for a small bottle). Coffee that I received was barely half cup. Not sure if they got the scale wrong or if there was coffee foam but RM11 for a small half cup coffee is just unacceptable even for fancy coffee shops. It is not all bad however, food tasted alright, there are some views over large window and decors were okay. But the negatives definitely outweigh the positives. Definitely avoid this restaurant/ cafe at all cost. There are many other restaurants/ cafes just steps away. Do yourself a favour by going...
