Don't know where to begin, but I think the previous reviews nailed every experienced that I had today. Let's get the list done before everyone rushed to the restaurant right before the upper management take serious actions on our reviews. Here we go:
The long waited over food that has been ordered. I get it, you're overwhelmed with your lovely customers. But hey, it's not even full house. Sorry but to compare, in IOI branch was 10000 times better with that crowds especially during lunch hour. Where are going over this? Poor training? From who? The upper management?
Rude much? Referring to the above point, since we've waited for the food for too long, I asked for the progress, TWICE. And the respond was, intimidating and poor communication over customers. They said, "there were too many orders on the drinks", TWICE. Different staff, same script. Oh and don't forget about the "smiley" face they put on. It's a well planned script for them but I'm like.. "I know, can you help to check on my order?"
DIRTY. They didn't washed the utensils got the dried sambal la(still can't get rid of it from my thoughts) and the plates properly? Super disgusting over it. Took all the dirty spots so that you and your untrained team could watch it. Just imagine, using all of the leftovers from previous customers. Btw, my SIL got dirrhea less than an hour after having their meal.
Ordered Roti Canai ONLY in the first place. Recieved it(dirty plate). Then, I ordered Roti Canai with Curry Chicken. Btw, it was ordered from the QR and I'm very particular with it. Trust me, the story is super interesting here. After waited for few minutes, I chose to cancel it. Don't ask me why, kembang tekak dah all of the sudden. Went to the kitchen and asked whether is it serving or not yet prepared. Referring to point 2(rude much), the girl whos cutting the chicken said "no its not in the receipt we dont have it here(with FROWN). WTH? Where are going on his now? They double confirmed there's no second order. FINE! I'm just too nice to not say it out loud and here I am giving you my best here. Turned out it was on the reciept. THE FREAKING ROTI CANAI AND CHICKEN CURRY.

The outlet management and staff need a lot of common sense.
Went here around 1015am on 01/09 to have breakfast. The staff just dumped a QR chit on the table and informed that the main dish nasi lemak ayam goreng 'belum masak'.
Do they know that it is the main dish of the chain? Yes. Do they know the outlet operates starting 10am daily? Yes. Do they know nasi lemak is originally for breakfast? Yes.
As I was scrolling the menu, then only I realized it is even on a merdeka promo starting 31/08. So do they know the offer just started the day before? Definitely yes. In short, it conveys a message that the brand is totally unprepared to run a business and insincere with the offer.
Worse, with so many customers coming in they could have put up a notice on each table, so customers especially the elderly (like myself) don't need to bother sitting down just to be smacked with a QR and nonchalant attitude.
No nasi lemak. No ayam goreng. No half boiled egg. No mi kari. No roti jala. Most options are just not available. Hallo! Nak berniaga ke nak buat sarkas?
After ending up ordering whatever available (the cantonese noodle isn't tasty), the nasi lemak is only ready to be ordered around 1230 noon as I was about to leave. 2.5 frickin hours from the opening time to get it done? I never know ayam goreng & half boiled egg will take such a long cooking time to be made available.
In short, the main issue here is not about nasi lemak ayam goreng but the absolute ignorance to do business.

Read moreMy dining experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. First of all, one of the waiters had a very poor attitude. We waited a long time before he reluctantly gave us a QR code to place our order. When I politely asked if they had a paper menu, he impatiently said, “We only use QR now, no menu,” yet I clearly saw other tables with paper menus. This obvious double standard made us feel ignored and disrespected — especially my elderly parents, who are not familiar with QR ordering and need a paper menu.
To make things worse, after returning home, I suffered severe diarrhea and vomiting the entire night, which makes me suspect the food hygiene is questionable. This level of poor service and questionable food safety is completely unacceptable. I hope the management will address both staff attitude and kitchen hygiene before they lose more customers.
