Chagee 霸王茶姬 • Elmina Lakeside Mall — Restaurant in Shah Alam

My favourite Chagee outlet is definitely Chagee Elmina Lakeside. The first time I came was during their new grand opening. There were so many people, which was expected because of the event and the location being in a residential area with lots of families. Even though I had to wait quite long for my drink, I didn’t mind at all since it was a big day for them.

After that, I started visiting again just to buy drinks. Slowly, I came more and more often until the staff started to recognise me🤣 I think I’ve officially become a regular customer now. The staff here are always friendly, kind, and helpful!!! Sometimes when customers are not sure what to order, they will recommend drinks and even explain how it tastes so it’s easier to choose. The drinks they make are always so sedappp..the tea brew is just right and never too strong or too light. The staff Nadrah is especially sweettt and kindd but honestly, everyone there is nice!! Sometimes I sit there to do my work, relax, or meet friends. While I’m there, I notice how well they treat every customer. If someone is confused about the app, they immediately help and explain. When they receive orders, they start making them straight away.👍They also clean the tables and area as soon as customers leave, so the place is always neat and comfortable⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Of course!!! sometimes the drinks take longer when it’s crowded especially during new drink or merchandise launches, but that’s completely normal for me. I’ve been there during those times, so I understand. 😁This outlet has truly become my comfort place. Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I go there just to calm myself. The place feels warm, peaceful, and welcoming..

I ordered Ceylon black tea from this outlet on 25 September 2024 at 3.53pm but the taste was completely off compared to what I usually get from other locations. It felt like the staff didn’t follow the standard preparation procedures, which led to a disappointing experience.

When I politely asked for sugar or honey to adjust the flavor, the staff rudely refused without any explanation. I was taken aback by their unprofessional attitude. I hope the management educates the staff on proper customer service and how to handle such situations better...

Ordered white peach oolong tea despite all the bad reviews. This chagee outlet really needs an attention and improvements. The taste is not milky & smooth compared to other outlets.

Also, bag is given upon request. Hello?? I believe the paper bag cost is inclusive with the drink. You suppose to provide lah. Kalau customer tak mintak u tak bagi? and u nak collect buat your wedding doorgift ke ape?

With the bitter and sour “masam mencuka” face padahal today it’s only me yang masuk....
