McDonald's Setia Alam DT — Restaurant in Shah Alam

Worst McDonald's ever! Drive through is always the longest queue! Nevermind that so we decided to walk in to get takeaways. Had to queue outside without air cond. Ok nevermind kononnya control crowd. Ok we follow SOP.

Manage to get in after 15mins and staff apologise and admit they had to keep us outside cos they were under staff. Went inside with only 5 to 6 customers dining in. Why cannot let us go in to order first and wait inside with air cond? I seriously cannot brain this. Plenty of space in there definitely more than enough to fulfill sop.

Place my order with the kiosk then waited 5mins , food came out but said need to wait for drinks. Then the staff came out check the order slip and went back into kitchen. Came back and checked the slip again, repeat this step for few times and my drinks never came out. What is this McDonald's? Fast food became slow food!

They were more than 5 staff behind the counter and you call this under staff? Where is the efficiency? Go back n forth to check order slip to make yourself looks busy and call it under staff? No wonder the drive through queue n walk in queue became so long! So...

Went here few times already, just remembered to drop my review here today. Service here quite good, clean and fast. The staff here always give good respond/service/act to customers. I had once excidently spilled my coffee on the counter and floor, didnt event have the chance to sip the drink yet, the barista( staff who handle the mc caffee counter) offered to make the new one and another staff quickly take a mop to wipe, i offered my help but the staff refuse to hand the mop to me. I feel sorry but as a customer im very satisfied and happy with the service. Today after i ordered my breakfast set, i stood straight infront of the counter looking at their new display lcd, no one was there so i took my sweet time to 'enjoy' the details of the display, suddently their manager ( i guess he is the manager, gray colored shirt) approach and ask was everything ok, after explained it to him, he happily telling how its works and what will their improve next. I guess from my point of view, he took a good care of his team, and the branch. Parking space quite limited here, but you can always park beside the road as long as it didnt...

Visit here few times. Today really frustrated with 1 of the ah Kak that delivery food to table and some cleaning. Please pay Attention for this branch Manager or management!!. Do you state that customer can not use each account for ordering to get offer that make my family need to choose few table stand number to put on the table for delivery to table . This ah Kak can scold us just because I have 3 table number on the same table. Previously visit I saw this ah Kak also keep complaining when one of the table is dirty and messy when the last cust left it like that. That time I already fell why this ah Kak with that attitude. But in my mind say may be to tired due to fasting month. But today really terrible when she use that kind of voice although I still explain because we are using different mcd account. I give 1 star really hope your management will take action of this staff or give her a lesson and proper staff training . This should not be happening in F&B...
