Second times came here and still cannot order. First time coming during the opening month, entered the branch and follows the Q, finally after my turn they told me it’s already closed. Found that they told one by one customers that Q-ing that they already closed. Can just turn the signage on the door to “CLOSED” or just close the door? Second times is today (19/6/22) I have been told that I need to wait for 40 minutes or more for a coffee, because they got many online orders BUT when I want to order using grab food during my working days every week I’ve checked this branch name didn’t appear on grab.. I have been go to others branch which is more far from me without any problems with the order, meanwhile Zus Subang Perdana branch is the nearest branch to my home and yet still didn’t successful to order....
Read moreI visited on October 28, 2024, at 2:15 PM. There were three staff members present, and one of them attended to me. It took about two minutes for him to reach the counter. At the end of my purchase, I said “thank you,” but he didn’t respond.
While they were making my drink, I requested no sugar for my cafe latte. However, they had already added sugar, so I said it was fine, though an apology would have been appreciated. When my drink was served, I thanked them again, but the staff member didn’t respond. As I left, I noticed the staff looking at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.
A cafe should be a warm, welcoming place with friendly staff, yet this particular staff member did not seem suited for the role. I hope management takes this feedback into...

I selected both options when placing my order, but when I arrived at the store, my drink was just left there without anything—no straw, no paper bag. I had to pack everything myself.
The store wasn’t even busy at that time. Staff were just standing around watching me pack it myself, and not a single person came over to confirm my order number or offer any help.
I also selected the “no ice” option, but the drink still tasted watery and bland. I’ve had the same drink from your SB Mall branch before, and it was much better—with real tea aroma and creamy milk flavor.
Honestly, this is such poor service. Even cheaper brands like Mixue do a better job at basic customer service. Totally...
