Who here loves Chinese Cuisine with a taste if home?

Big Big Eye Restaurant is one of the very few places that I frequent, because the food here is fantastic, very reminiscent of my grandmother’s cooking.

I highly recommend the 黑椒奶油花腩（Black Pepper Butter Milk Pork Belly ） because of its unique texture and flavor of the savory and spicy Black Pepper Butter Milk Sauce, complementing the crunchiness of the Pork Belly strips. It is a dish I order on almost all my visits here at the restaurant, alongside their fish dishes.

The staff are very hardworking and friendly, even when the restaurant becomes chaotic due to the huge number of customers dining. They always make sure to smile, and make sure that our demands were met.

Restaurant is very clean, since they have recently moved to this bigger space. Although it is much bigger and more comfortable than its older space, it can become crowded and difficult to navigate through during peak hours when the restaurant is full.

If you plan to visit here, I highly recommend you make a reservation before your visit.

Extremely disappointed with the entire dining experience. The restaurant was overcrowded and extremely noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a proper conversation. Despite being packed, the staff seemed overwhelmed and poorly coordinated.

Our order was messed up — after waiting a long time following our first dish, we had to ask why the rest hadn’t arrived. The lady boss and staff went to check in the kitchen, but no one updated us for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, we watched a newer table get their food first. Only after confronting a fourth waiter did they finally admit the first dish was wrongly served and claimed they were now “prioritizing” our order — with an unacceptably rude attitude.

This reflects poor service, a lack of ownership, and very weak management. The chaotic environment made it worse. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Think twice before visiting if you care about good service and a pleasant...

Not sure what happened but they deleted their old Google Maps listing and put a new one here. A little suspicious when a business does this.

Overall average place for regular chinese meal. They do steamed fish very very well and I like the qingjiang vege with bean sprouts, which I would recommed. Other than that it's hit or miss with certain dishes.

Their restaurant isn't that big. Can be hard to get a table sometimes during peak meal hours, especially if you want to sit indoors. Just gotta wait, or call ahead if you have big group.
