Pizza Hut Delivery @ Taman Puchong Utama — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I ordered online. About 20 mins later the outlet called me, twice. The first call to tell me my address wasn’t complete. Well your website is not user friendly, I can’t properly key in my address. We’re in Malaysia not all address are listed or pinned on the location services!!Please work on that! Like every single time I ordered you need to call and confirm my address, what’s the point of your website?!

Also on the first call the lady told me that the Drummet Berempah was not available, so I asked her to give me another set of cheesy wings. She said ok.

On the second call, she told me that my order will be half hour late. And she will give me a late coupon.

Order arrived, the delivery boy left, Then I realised my wings was only 1 set, only the cheesy wings arrived.

I checked the bill, I’ve been charged RM13.20 for the drummets and there’s an arrow showing it’s been replaced with soup & garlic bread.

Seriously? Are you guys kidding me? I got the soup & bread are free gift since I ordered more that RM 100! Shame on you!!

Very bad and slow service. I placed order at 6.26pm and the staff said my order would be ready around 20 mins. I waited for almost 40 mins here and still haven’t gotten my food! Stupid decision ever to order here, if you cant prepare it on time dont take any orders at all! And promised your customers wrong pick up time! Very disappointed. and plus the staff spelled my name incorrectly. He put daria instead of real name nadia. How is that even close? I mentioned twice! You seriously need to fix your staff attitude. He’s even rude to me, he talked back “rider lagi lambat” is that how you should treat your customers? And when we got home he did not even say sorry and instead he said loudly in the kitchen “nak bising bising siapa suruh order pizza” he was so rude.
