Mixue @ Puchong Utama — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

2 days ago I visit this Mixue but this is the mixue most terrible I ever seen , barista with no mask and aprone for real , pls follow the sop! This is not a place for you to play,and the speed of make the drink is very slow , the barista looks like tired but I don’t really care I just want my drink ,Add toppings also only a lil bit,Jasmine tea cannot add ice cream?? I’ve go another launch why all does can add ice cream?Just you guys make it special? Called the cashier remind the barista don’t seal my drink and she still did it. Order drinks cashier also cannot hear , tell alr 2 times and don’t listen properly last she order wrong 😅...

I am not sure about other outlets but this outlet definitely spoil the image of mixue as a whole. Very very frequent when you step in to their shop, 90% of the menu is sold out. Very poorly managed outlet. And their lowly trained staff don't suggest don't explain, just take order. Bad. Better go other outlets.

From two stars i edited to one. Every week maybe twice or more i ordered lemonade without seed. Today they refused. Just because change a batch of staff who is much lesser motivation...

I'm disappointed with the service. The amount of ice cream in my strawberry mi shake was noticeably less than at other branches. Could only taste bitterness of the tea with a hint of sweetness from the ice cream.

When I asked the staff to redo it, they responded dismissively essentially saying "it is what it is" without offering any solutions or even a simple gesture like adding syrup. A sincere apology would have been appreciated, but I was met with indifference and told nothing...
