The food was ok but for services if I could rate it’s definitely 0/10. I was a regular customer here as I quite satisfied with their “卤肉饭” before this. Today, I went to this restaurant again. The aunty have literally don’t comply with the services as I ordered just a simple "Lu Rou Rice" or so called "卤肉饭", but what do I expect was an misunderstanding when she ordered a "Loh Pan Mee" or "罗板面". Then the aunty was in bad mood from and scolding me with high volume of pitch “小姐，你连卤肉饭和罗板面都分不清楚？”and she talked to the foreign worker impolitely stating "Saya memang takut ada orang macam ini" to purposely sarcastic us infront of the crowd. So this is what you get when you pay for services and food in 面对面？What I can see is just RUDE and RUDE and RUDE.

Lastly, I would not tolerate this as a regular customer facing this situation, if you are a customer who want to go there please...

A pan mee franchise. If you have visited other Face to Face franchises, don’t expect this to be better than those (I haven’t visited other F2F franchises in a while, so this is based on what I remember). The dry chili pan mee have been decent, would prefer it more tasty without the chili, but the soup pan mee that I have tried a few times were pretty dilute, lacking the spinach(?) and anchovy flavor. Haven't tried many others, but they didn't leave any impression on me. As far as I know the only place that serves pork in Syopz now (Early 2024).

Nasi lemak ayam goreng is nothing special, there are better options for nasi lemak ayam goreng in Syopz.

Hot milk drinks that come with the student set aren’t great, so go cold if you can.

Service is efficient, I haven't had any bad experiences.
