The machine doesnt work well but I need to pay more for the machine fault. I tap my card and get into the station but when I come out there's an error so I cant get out, the brt women workers check my card record and she says there's no record of me get into the station and she blame me that i didnt tap the card properly, but HOW DO I GET INTO THE STATION IF I DONT TAP MY CARD PROPERLY? WHY WILL THE DOOR OPEN IF I DONT TAP THE CARD?????? The attitude of the worker is really bad and this is not the first time i meet this kind of error already, last time she also blaming me and ask me to pay more (use the token) but it is not my fault at all!! Why dont she report the machine error to the company...

Hi, i just nk kongsi sedikit cerita la. I pernah terbuat kesilapan sewaktu i berada dekat stesyen brt. I waktu tu dah la penat sebab sesat dalam sunway piramid, but then kena marah pulak dgn foreigner yg kerja sebagai cleaner i guess, sbb waktu tu i dh pegi cross jalan brt tu. I totally tak nampak larangan melintas jalan brt tu,. So i really did a mistake , i mengaku that. But yg i x bleh blah nya cara si foreigner tu tegur i, tu yg i tak suka. Then, masuk pulak bas, driver bas plak tercangak berdiri depan pintu, dah pulak, masuk je bas kena marah pulak dgn org tua tu. Dh la ada passenger lain jgk dlm bas tu. X boleh ke tegur dgn cara baik. Engko bayangkan ko nk tegur pelancong, ada ke ko tegur marah2 mcm tu...i kalau org tegur secara berhikmah, i tabik. Tapi tegur cara camtu, memang kirim slm la pakcik. And one more , please buat tulisan larangan tu besar2 , ni tak tulisan nya kecik je. And boleh jugak buat announcement la , announce je larangan melintas jalan brt tu. Benda boleh buat, record then pasang je kt speaker mcm yg stesen lrt punya announcement. Ok tq so much brt . 2 star from me. Please jika nk tegur org, tegur la secara sopan...takyah nk acah2 engko...
