Came here tonight, bad experience with one of your server. He was extremely rude during the ordering process, impatient and when ordering his mind was else where.

I question about the Tap Cocktail but he seems like he wasn’t really quite sure just simply pointing out on the picture without giving me a brief description of the cocktail.

At the end during payment, the way he handed the recipient was rude as well; as if hurrying wanting to cower to the BOF. Honestly my inexperienced staff can provide a much better service than him.

Food: The cocktails were good and creative in flavour and presentation. Slightly less choice of food menu.

Service: Depends on the staff. Before I enter, I asked them is specific QR pay method available, they said yes, however it turns out that they couldn't accept it (after The Beer Factory I went to other place but the QR system worked totally fine, so it is not the system-maintanance)

Also I slightly feel that some of the staff is favouring the Indian customers. Past 1am they forced me and one couple to go outside seat and drink (that's the rule) but they allowed 3 groups of people stay inside for...

This place was an evening only establishment until of late when it also expanded to include lunch time offerings. Many of the set meals come with a choice of soft drink (sorry no beer unfortunately). Food selections are actually quite good although some of the chaps with bigger appetites may find the offerings a little on the lean side. For most, it's just right.
