KFC — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

17th June 2024: I received a non-fresh with slight rotten smell from the snack plate I had for dine in. I brought this to the counter, spoke polite and nicely to the female supervisor, not a friendly attend in return. She changed for me but I found the same. Before I send to counter again, I fact check with a group of lady customers about my findings. They advice me not to eat.

I brought it again to the counter, the same female supervisor was avoid me and get a male supervisor to attend my complaint, speechless.

Not the 1st time but almost everytime we ordered fried chicken with original taste, the staff (even different faces ) tend to give a mixed favour in our box either take away or drive through. Are they trained to do it? A big question.

For once, I seen a dine in customer, carried one piece of fried chicken from the dining desk to cashier area to ask the staff to change the chicken favour for it. Apparently her family members were eating the chicken at other end. Guess what, the staff changed for it and put the exchanged fried chicken back into the food warmer display case!! Who is the lucky one to get it later?

Really bad experience at this branch. I want to try the ondeh-ondeh egg tarts. However, my area, Puncak Jalil did not sell it. So I pre-ordered it on Saturday evening. Egg tarts were to be collected on Sunday 10:30am.

However, it was raining heavily on Sunday morning. I was able to leave home at 10:30am. Reached this branch already 10:50am.

Walked in, a lady staff asked me to order through machine. I told her that I came to collect my egg tarts. I thought my egg tarts would be packed and waiting for collection. However, the real thing was the staff only took the box and tray after the lady passed my order receipt to him. Then he went to the back and start folding the box and tray. He took few minutes to pack my egg tarts. Then passed to the lady staff and passed to me.

I aspect they packed and got my order ready when i came. So that I just collect and leave.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service is excellent, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere feel very comfortable.
