Pizza Hut Delivery Sri Kembangan — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Ordered pizza delivery from the official pizza hut website and got the items sent from this branch, I tracked it from the given grab link, because I must give a compliment to this pizza branch that has provided the excellent products which my family and I enjoyed so much. We had 3 pizza and each pizza's toppings are generously provided, the bread crust baked so perfectly, they were absolutely delicious. The price was also truly worth it, with the Malaysia day promotion of buy 1 regular pizza and get 2 free regular pizza!🍕 We also had the Bolognese meatball spaghetti🍝, cheese bread and mushroom soup promotion package, and also got an additional free soup for order above rm50, all of them so tasty. The order arrived sooner than the selected time. There's nothing that I can complain about this delivery order. We have been a regular here for more than 4 years. Food is good, but their customer service need to be improved. Today (10-4-2022) my husband was late to pick up an order, a staff (a girl) called with very rude tone, not even a hello / introduction at the beginning, as if we would run off or something. I understand maybe sometimes people may back out of their orders, but at least you could ask nicely first. People could actually forget, or have an emergency or something. And introduced yourself, without the very rude tone.

I have experience the most irritating, unacceptable and despicable service ever. I was treated like a fool for 60 minutes by pizza hut. customer service was not helpful as they only say store/branch will call.
