I love pizzas in general. Especially I try local chains a lot. Unfortunately, Lloyd's Pizza is one of the lowest ranking I would give for a pizza.
Pizza: It was hard (not about the thin crust) — the pizza in general was hard. Like, the amount of cheese was so little. I ordered Devil's Pizza. I was told ahead it will be spicy. But my problem here is, there should be an element to support the spiciness. So little cheese & thin crust? So you only taste the spiciness and it was so hard to eat. Think of a spicy sambal — we pair it with rice or bread, that's when it tastes good. Imagine here, you are just given the spicy masala (whatever is the correct term) with thin crust and little cheese? That's what you get here.
Drink: I ordered something first and was told they don't have it. Fine… then the guy working there recommended peach tea, said it's very nice. I proceeded to say ok. He came with a drink filled with Coway water, and the tea flavour felt like powder form? Is this the drink he said is very nice? I don't know what else to say la.
Price point: Imagine paying RM8 for the drink I explained above? Pizza was RM30. Not a big complaint on the price point for pizza. But again, imagine paying RM30 for the food you never enjoyed.
Environment: Was okay, nice spot. Clean shop. I loved the idea of them having board games in the shop. But it was quite empty, not packed like how they show on social media.
I also saw the sarcastic replies of the boss on IG, so I understand why the service...

I just had to share my amazing meal at Lloyd's Pizza in SS15 Subang Jaya – truly a hidden gem worth talking about! 🍕
I'm a Malaysian living in Melbourne, a city known for its fantastic food scene just like KL & PJ. I was suddenly craving for pizza and pasta and oh boy, Lloyd's Pizza didn't just meet my cravings — it exceeded them! 💯
Their Devil Pizza is a must-try with a 100-year-old family recipe, and the Mutton Curry Pizza brings a true Malaysian-Italian twist! The pasta doesn't disappoint either – it's full of flavour and ingredients. Plus, the staff are as friendly as they come. It’s great value for your ringgit! 😍
Lloyd, the owner, is just as delightful as the dishes he serves. Swing by, have a chat with him, and prepare for an unforgettable meal. Best decision you'll make...
Read moreExcellent. Went with my wife. We're checking out which pizza parlor to have dinner and found Lloyd's Pizza at SS15.
Absolutely not disappointed at all. Thin crust pizza with 10-inches (not 9 or lesser) is the smallest (which is fine by me and my wife).
Had Moo-bacon and it was good. Really good. They do not skimp on toppings. Every bite will have the beef bacon and the pepperoni in your mouth.
Next is something that was on the menu and with the icon of a 'thumbs up' with the words "MUST TRY" in bold.
I chose "Lucifer". Was not disappointed at all. The spice level was perfect for me (my wife had problems with the spice level). The menu did warn you with a two chilli icon. Absolutely love it.
Will come...
