I already paid for my meal, but the transaction didnât go through on their end. The amount was already deducted from my bank (paid using their new kiosk). The manager who handled it was quite RUDE about it as if I did not pay. She asked me so many times if I had made payment and if my bank has already deducted the amount. I showed her the transaction that happened on my Maybank app and she still asked the amount again and again. Wasted about 30 minutes of my time while I waited for them to âresolveâ this issue. Ended up they told me I had to call my bank and request for refund, so I left the place empty-handed.
I later went to the McD at Shell Section 13. I was in and out of the restaurant in less than 10 minutes with my order, even though there were a lot more people than at Batu Tiga.
UPDATE: I already contacted my bank and they said the transaction was, in fact, SUCCESSFUL and McD Batu Tiga has received the payment. I had to argue with my bank for refund, that although I have paid (because bank sees the transaction as successful) I did not receive my meal from them. Fortunately, my bank came through and approved the refund.
Such a hassle for me as a customer. Manager was really condescending as if I did not pay and did a lousy job at âtryingâ to resolve the issue (she was pretty much useless). I will not visit this...

Asking for others with uninterested voice. Sounds meleweh. I asked for thigh, she said she give drumstick and thigh and if want thigh can wait for 30mins. I said to her VERY NICELY that i can wait. I REALLY DONT MIND to wait because Iâve wait before. Then, she take back the order and came with my request. I asked her if got stock already. SHE ROLLED HER EYES WITHOUT LOOKING AT MY FACE and said âambik ayam orang lainâ then she blah! She didnt even give me my receipt. My food was not sealed properly, my drinks tumpah.
Im very speechless. This is not how u treat your customer. My experienced with other staffs before this was very good. But today im very frustrated. I hope you train your staff well so that this doesnt happen again. Especially the one whi serve...

Instead what do we get, 3 epal+pear and 1 mango+peach and not full amount. Was 3/4 only. I don't understand. Was it because we requested less ice, this is what we get?
And this is not the first time I got wrong item. There was one time past midnight before closing 2am.. I order meal... The burger came with no bread d bottom. Like hello... And drinks also wrong. Customers can't be checking the items immediately before leaving if drive thru. As the staff or crew at mcd, it's your responsibility to check and confirm on the items. Drive thru if taking so long... It's gonna cause a long traffic. Do you think customers have time to check before leaving the drive thru?
