I still remember the day we had good meal here in 2012. The food WAS very good. Now in 2022, quality dropped, food presentation is for name sake. For chicken chop, they gave cucumber as side vege? It was carrot and beans few months back. We came for chicken rice is it? Sauce for chicken chop they provide very stingy way. No way someone can have the chicken chop with that less sauce. Suspect they are giving less, then we have to order for extra sauce so they can charge in our bill. We understand after the MCO all restaurant owners gained losses but no way a restaurant wants to loose it's customer because of an poor quality and service. A staff don't even know what is mushroom sauce when we requested. He was showing us chilli sauce from far. Their all time favorite best seller, chips and gravy always not available. Bad service, staff was rude and not friendly. I had to call the staff many times for my order. Lack of staff as well, I don't mind if the service was a bit late but I cant accept the staff being rude to the customer.

There was this old customer came to the restaurant, and the staff ask to wait outside because the table was not clean yet. But they scream at the uncle “tunggu luar dulu! Not good service. The three waitresses never make any eye contact, have to call everytime. Even though one wrote down our order on a notepad, still missed out one item. When the waitresses delivered the food, did not even say what it was. Just dumped to one corner of the table, instead of informing what that dish is or giving to the right person - why does the patron have to do the waitress work for them?
