Couldn’t believed what I’ve encountered. There is a foreign object on my bread, looks like a “wire sponge” which is long and hard!! What could possibly happened if I were to eat it and swallow it? Quality control should be in place as this is a F&B industry!!! I hope the Store Manager can look into this and improve the overall quality in this outlet! Please do something about it as this is not hygienic at all..!!

I feel that this subway is getting worse and worse. I am a resident of the neighbourhood and often patronise this restaurant. When it first opened, the portions given were very generous, but lately the portions I get are getting smaller and smaller, the sauces and vegetables are not enough, and even the sliced meat is missing two slices. I hope you will take note of this, thank you so much.

They are training their new staff. The new staff make it very neat and steadily complete my order. The good things having eating here(this branch) is their load of sauces & vegetables into your sandwich. It's very mouthful when you eat it. Very satisfied, Alhamdulillah.

The nearest Subway outlet to my home, so I tend to go here a lot. Everytime I went, it got a little worse. Why is the bread almost always crumbling? Very stingy with the meat (the amount of chicken teriyaki I got, can't be 1 scoop!), and lately they're even stingy with the veggies (which usually makes the bulk of the sandwich). 2 out of 3 times, I was given stale cookies.

Same problem any time of the day I go. Kinda turning me off Subway altogether, because there's no guarantee I'll get a good sub if I go...

One of the worst outlet. You can never get a proper order. Every time, one or two of items will be missing. Upon asking, they will reply out of stock, almost months to refill. e.g Ketchup sauce for almost 2 months to order and make it available. Now the same outlet, capsicum is missing for 2 weeks. Few weeks ago olive was out of stock. Just ima6 they charging us for a full and yet we don't get all the items we want. It's like kedai tepi jalan. Beli apa...

The staff was friendly but I do wish they actually mention that the chips we're finished in advance. Not only that but half the drink choices were out of stock, so I filled the heaven and earth lemon tea only to find out when I got home it was just plain water. I don't mind if the staff nicely mentioned to me but the fact nothing was mentioned and I basically paid extra for plain ice water feels abit like I...
