The nigh I came to yout restaurant there was a British family, a Chinese family and 2 tables or 2 people The person who i saw was a young man he is the one who gave me the tired look of "not another person again" I sat outside on the little terrace and waited 10min but no one came outside of the kitchen so I left. Hire a waiter so you are all not busy in the kitchen when you have customers. That's the basic of hospitality, family business or not is not an excuse for amateurish

This is a small, old-style chu char restaurant in Kuala Besut, very close to the jetty to Pulau Perhentian. The food is good. We had bitter gourd with egg, fried rice, fried bee hoon, stir-fried vegetables, and fried sotong. The sotong was fresh, although it was a bit tough, possibly because it was slightly overcooked or due to the size of the sotong. Even though it is in a tourist area, the restaurant still keeps its quality, and the prices are reasonable. The service is a bit slow because it isa family-run place with not many staff. Saw this on google maps and decided to stop by for lunch since its nearby. The google map is a lil inaccurate, the restaurant is actually beside the ocean mart. Must stop if you crave seafood! We had the spicy soy taucu scallop, claypot japanese egg tofu and small deep fried squid for our lunch. While the waiting time was a lil long (still bearable) but uncle provided us with free keropoks to munch on while waiting. The price is affordable and the seafood is fresh! We didn't expect a small scallop dish would have so much scallop!
