Gun Turkish Kebab — Restaurant in Birkirkara

Since we didn't know the place very well and didn't find any restaurants close by, we ended up here. The toilet was disgustingly dirty. In my opinion the whole restaurant needs a good clean. We only ordered a few drinks and two plates of chips. After 15 minutes waiting I had to remind them that we had ordered chips. He told me in 1 minute. After another 5 minutes waiting we got 1 large plate of chips. It took them 20 minutes to prepare a plate of chips. Not to mention we got 1 large , instead of two small, but anyway, we didn't complain we shared it instead + the waiter told us that he could put it on two plates for us, but it was fine for us. We didn't get any sauce, but also had to ask for ketchup and myo. We were given two large squeezable bottles, do they still use squeeze ketchup bottles in restaurants these days!? Usually we get small individual packets. When I opened the cap of the Myo , I had to first clean the area around the hole cause it was full of dry sticky Myo. Lucky enough we don't go frequently to Birkirkara, so I'm hoping not to...

No air-conditioning on in the heat of summer. The owners reply was that the doors are open...OKKKK....so I spotted a fan and I asked if he can at least switch it on. He said yes but it makes noise....yes makes lots of noise as it turns. After a while of enduring the sound the fan went off so I had to tell him. I asked if he can put the air-condition on and close the doors.....it's not like the place was busy with people coming in and out ...and even if so...if your Aircon works switch it on! Finally he did! Also I used the deal for 50% off and he said I could only use it on one food item when the conditions of the deal did not specify that. They make their rules as they go! ...

Owner himself serve and very rude, bad experience of costumer service. I am the regular costumer of gun turkish. And as you said on the camera it seems food was served accordingly ordered, but I was just looking at varieties of salads aviliable on displays and the way he said don't stand here was totally inappropriate. I could give him an answer on the same way but I remains constant because of the other guests. While paying the bill,1 staff he apologies for the behaviour shown by that man even he realize that was not good.
