Highly unprofessional shop. Sold a playstation 4 controller on their website without specifying it would come in an unsealed box, with "no code" written on a piece of tape. When we asked for a replacement in a sealed box, they told me they only had other colours, I asked twice if the price would be the same and they told me yes, and we agreed on the courier coming the next day. The courier didn't show up, called up the shop and they told us he would be there soon. At 8:10pm, still no courier in sight, I tried calling and writing on Facebook, but didn't receive a reply. The courier didn't show up to change the product (didn't even bother calling to warn about this) and I had to go to the shop in person, despite the risk of doing so at such a time and with the precautionary measures, when I arrived they asked for 5⏠extra for a different colour in spite of telling me more than once that the price wouldn't change over the phone. Such a lack of professionalism, especially in such a time, is nothing short of shameful

   Read moreI must say that I was initially delighted with Gamebreaker: they delivered my PS4 and 32 inch TV on the same day that I ordered online.
However, just three weeks later my television's sound suddenly stopped working. After some back and forth messages with their unprofessional Facebook page, I eventually decided to take it back to their Birkikara store.
The man behind the till was not at all friendly or apologetic, though took the TV away "for the technician to look at". Three weeks without it, and several text messages later, it was finally ready to collect, with no offer of delivery despite the obvious inconvenience. Again, nothing in the way of an apology and the TV was missing its power cable - but it works... for now.

   Read moreI went there fully intending to purchase a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. Their website offers so many choices, and I was excited to finally make a decision. But what I experienced was nothing short of shocking. The service was appalling.
First, they didnât even know where the machine wasâit was as if it had vanished into thin air! No one seemed to have a clue. Second, I asked for assistance to better understand the features and functionality of the machine. Instead of offering any help, the salesperson brushed me off, saying, âGo check the website, then come back and buy it.â
I was absolutely stunned by the lack of professionalism. This is not how a business should treat its customers. I truly hope the owner steps in and does something about this unacceptable...
