Total disaster. The whole project, consisting of all floor and bathroom tiles and all furniture went haywire and Dino Fino either ignored the problems or took months to answer or provided a solution which does not make sense or when it was far too late or just waited for their supplier to write back and when they finally did, they will just copy and paste what the supplier said without pitching in any costs whatsoever and without considering the fact that you are their customer. Measurements and angles taken all wrongly and deliveries were not even checked before delivery. No replies to emails for weeks and even months and when they finally reply it will be far far too late. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. All was fantastic until the deposit was placed. Once you are committed your time and peace of mind is not taken seriously.

Took over 1 whole year to finalise my kitchen with multiple mishaps and even wrong thicknesses of the desired doors. The time chasing everyone to get it all sorted was not even compensated for and offer given was insulting.

Do yourself a favour and go to a company where your time and money is appreciated and customer support is taken seriously rather then you having to chase them!!
