The service at this hotel really stands out!||We had issues with Taiwan Rail trains, both coming and going, and the Silks Place staff made the problems go away.||Coming, we were set to take the hotel's shuttle from the Hualien train station up to the hotel, when we found that our relatives had gotten on the local train from Taipei instead of the express, and would arrive late. We stayed in Silks Palace Toroko last year in December and it was such a beautiful, relaxing and luxury end to our two week trip in Taiwan. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. Robin, the Concierge helped us organise a private taxi from Hulien all the way to the hotel and our taxi driver gave us a tour on the way into Toroko.
