Carl's Jr. Galerías — Restaurant in Aguascalientes

As usual, like we have had at every Carl's Jr. previously, we had the loaded burritos. They were served in a timely manner but ranged from room temperature down to very cool. This coolness we felt was before taking a bite. We indicated this and the server said it was because the pico inside was cold. Yet we felt them more and the tater tots inside were room temperature, and the outside of the tortilla away from any pico was a cool temperature. Other Carl's locations serve it fresh and hot. They took the food and apparently microwaved it, and five or six minutes later brought it to us again. It was then very hot, but tough from being overcooked. We were disappointed in the service and in the food, and will not go to this...

It's a comfortable big brown place, the food is big and fresh, the service is kind and friendly, it's faster than McDonald's, the price is expensive but the quality is good, the drinks are good and they have a lot of flavors also there are lemon and strawberry water, the desserts are sweet and original. I would come to eat...

Restaurant is clean and good customer service. My favorite at Carl's Jr in Mexico is Teriyaki burger which Carl's Jr doesn't have in the US. I try to come to Carl's Jr and get the Teriyaki burger when I visit in Mexico. Carl's Jr should have the Teriyaki burger in the US...
