Big Fun Beach Club — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

My experience here wasn't as positive as other reviewers. To be fair we came for a late lunch, not to hang out and enjoy all the beach activities and amenities they offer. BFBC has a great location right on the beach and as other's pictures show it's a cute vibe with music, levels, chairs, pillows, and cabanas. However the food was the worst we had on Cerritos Beach. Quesadillas were small, flaccid and although cheesy somehow flavorless. I got a watermelon salad that I thought would be mainly watermelon with some feta, mint. It was mainly Romain with a heavy dose of a thick blue cheese style dressing. The nachos were the worst. Dry, thick, flavorless chips with strange bland toppings. We were just disappointed. We had multiple dogs under our table, sitting on our feet that the staff kept talking to so I felt like they were always there but not a big fan. Maybe just a bad day but not a good...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Fun, and I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional customer service that made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure my dining experience was perfect.

The food was nothing short of fantastic! Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, showcasing a wonderful variety of options that catered to all tastes. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the menu.

Adding to the delightful atmosphere was the great music playing in the background, creating a fun and lively vibe that complemented the whole experience.

This is exactly what Cerritos Beach needed and our new home away from home 🙏🏼♥️😌 It is so refreshing to see a family friendly beach bar where there is something for everyone! The vibe is always great no matter what time of the day 🌞🌅 We’ve been loving having breakfast there every morning. The chilaquiles are so bomb 🤤, yummy smoothies and omelettes, while watching beach volleyball to get the day started. We usually find ourselves back there at some point in the day to either take advantage of their two for one food specials (the salads are my fave), drink specials, oysters on Sunday’s, s’mores kits (the kids love it!) and watch the sunset listening and dancing to their talented DJ’s spin with beautiful people.
