I came here with a party of 5 for a family Easter 🐣 brunch and was very impressed with the food. The French toast was excellent, the ceviche delicious, the street-sized pork rind (chicharron) tacos 🌮 full of flavor and the views INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch, especially the Easter brunch.

Tuvimos una cena maravillosa en Cardón Restaurant en La Paz. Probamos diversas entradas y varios cortes de carne, y todo estuvo simplemente delicioso. Desde la selección de sabores hasta la cocción, se nota que cuidan cada detalle. La vista es espectacular: el restaurante está ubicado en uno de los puntos más altos sobre la Bahía de La Paz, lo que permite disfrutar del mar, el cielo y el entorno mientras comes. La ubicación también es muy conveniente si estás buscando algo especial, tanto para una ocasión romántica como para compartir en familia. Además, el servicio fue de primera, el lugar es bonito, bien ambientado, limpio y tiene esa mezcla de elegancia relajada que hace que uno se sienta cómodo desde que llega. Cardón Restaurant es ideal si buscas una comida de calidad, una experiencia gastronómica con sabor local elevado, junto con paisajes impresionantes y buen ambiente. ¡Muy recomendable!

This restaurant was phenomenal! The view was absolutely stunning, the best I’ve ever experienced. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waiter, Fernando, was so kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I’m honestly obsessed and can’t wait to come back!

We ordered the 5 course menu including wine pairing. The food and views are great. 4 of the 5 wines they served were nicely paired and unique. The other was Menage A Trois Luscious Pinot Noir. A $10-$15 bottle you can find a Target, Walmart, or anywhere. That is absolutely unacceptable at a restaurant that you spend over $150 USD per person. I was excited to take my friends and family to Cardón after a nice experience on a previous visit, but I was embarrassed to be sitting at the table while they treated myself and family like fools serving us that cheap wine. We were a party of 6 including 2 kids. We sat inside. Everyone was extremely nice and they explained the family style menu. The view was incredible. We shared 2 super fresh salads and grilled cheese to start along with their house-made rolls. We inhaled the 2 steak and 1 chicken dish and all the sides were absolutely wonderful. We picked cauliflower, avocado, fresh pasta, cabbage, and mashed sweet potatoes. Yum! For dessert, the cakes and tarts were not only beautiful, but delicious, too. I dinned last night at this restaurant. The place is beautiful and the view stunning. The food on the other hand was DISGUSTING. We had the queso fundido as an appetizer, green salad, beet salad, steak and ribs. The food was extremely salty. Everything was salty and the meat tasted rancid.
