El Faro Café-Galería — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Charming little place, but the food is lacking. We came here in December and there were only two sandwich options available: vegetarian and turkey. Both were absolutely delicious! We’re back in La Paz in April and decided to come back and were greatly disappointed. The menu changed, the sandwiches changed and everything tasted very bland. Just a few blocks from our rental, this cafe was excellent. The coffee was great, we had both Cappuccino and Latte, both served with careful detail and cinnamon. Even though it was breakfast time I ate a Cappuccino and Cocoa cake, very delicious. My wife had a waffle with banana, apple and topped with granola and sweet sauce, also delicious. La mesera muy linda y la decoración al 100, pero la experiencia no es ideal durante Covid. No te dejan entrar, por lo que despues de sentarte en una mesa afuera (bajo unos árboles bien grandes y bonitos) a veces es necesario tocar en la puerta para que te atienden, y volver a tocar si gustas algo más después ya que no salen a checar si necesites algo. Por lo mismo, no te dejan ver los panes antes de pedirlos.
