I really like this restaurant so I share my feelings with hesitation.
I am vegetarian/vegan. I have had a difficult time finding restaurants that have vegetarian options while in Mexico.
My complaint here is why if I order a calzone without meat and substitute a few veggies am I charged 50 pesos per substitution??
The meat is more expensive than veggies and upon paying extra there were not enough of the particular veggies that I ordered to even be sure they were added to my meal. I wa asked by the waitress if I wanted to ordered black olives added and yet not one sliver of black olives was found.
I requested, and the waitress confirmed that I ordered a side of tomato sauce to top my Calzone with yet when I got home there was none.
I don’t know about Mexico, but in my experience calazones are always topped with sauce.
Who wants a dry inside out pizza with minimal toppings and completely dry and flavorless.
When possible offer vegetarian options.
Vegan cheese would be ideal.
Please allow substitutions...

They make you stay in the bar area to get a drink while you are waiting for your table to be "ready", thing that never happened because when my table was finally available they lied and gave it to a friend's owner. I asked twice when my table was gonna be ready and I was ignored! So disappointed of this place tbh the menu looks alright but we didn't even try it because the service is so slow! Unless you are the owner of a kitesurfing school you can have a table for you and your friends and your drinks and food on time...

The veggies in the grilled veggie salad were burnt to a crisp, and when I asked for it to be fixed, they only brought the mushrooms. So I didn’t actually get to eat the asparagus or zucchini. And there was almost no dressing on it. The ravioli were just OK. And the baked provolone dish was not at all balanced. Way too salty. They were extremely busy and did not have enough servers. As a result, the servers were rushing all over the place and created a hyper vibe. It was not a relaxed...
