OM gosh. This was a rare find and so worth the drive from our resort. Not to mention we crammed 6 adults into a little Nissan leaf size car. We went on a Sunday night and late-8:30 by the time we got there but I called ahead to say we were coming. The dining is in the atrium of the boutique hotel. Our waiter, Magyvet, yes the same Jack of all trades dudes and he was awesome. The catch of the day was sea bass and done 2 different ways. My hubby and I both ordered but done both ways. The mojo was amazing. Best sea bass I’ve had in years from the states. 2 couple had chorizo and pepperoni pizza. BOGO and it was so thin and crispy…the queso fundido-put of this world. And the George margarita…cants say enough of their place. Oh and another person had the stuffed chili relleno with chicken and she said it also amazing.
