Hate to have to post this as marina itself and staff are lovely, but outrageous hidden charges that they do not publicly disclose anywhere are heinous. Moored here for a couple of weeks May 2021 waiting to move north up Baha - paying for a full month of moorage which is very expensive. Asked for pumpouts twice, which my husband performed with their equipment. Never told that the fee is $100USD plus 16% tax per pumpout!! This is light years beyond what is customary at marinas in Mexico. Not posted on their website, on the property and never saw posted in their office which we visited twice. Charges showed up on our credit card bill unexplained. They never sent receipts even after I requested them. We also had seen that the pump out boat goes out to the breakwater and obviously just unloads what they had collected into the bay. Called the marina and tried to resolve this with no luck. Really leaves a bad taste...
Read moreThis marina is absolutely beautiful. The people here are very friendly and always helpful. Its right by the dolphin sanctuary where you can swim with the dolphins. The beach is beautiful and the restaurant food and service is good too. Met the marina manager last week. I spend a lot of time at The Container, a cute little breakfast/lunch place, so I can get a good signal. If internet isn't an issue for you then this...

We found this charming little marina with town surrounding it. We will be back to stay here without a doubt. I wish we would have found it earlier in our stay. We will be back to take it in and enjoy what we only saw and scouted out for...
