I recently dined at Humo Restaurant in San Jose del Cabo, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As a vegan, finding a fine dining restaurant that offers a full vegan menu is always a delight, and Humo truly exceeded my expectations.
From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the service impeccable. Jesus and Alejandro, our waiters, and Chef Iran visited our table several times and were very attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was perfect in every way.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Each dish was crafted with care and creativity, resulting in a memorable dining experience. The watermelon appetizer, in particular, was wildly delicious—refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

I ordered the 10-ounce steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Our server, Jared, was outstanding. He was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
The bartenders were equally impressive. I asked for a surprise mezcal cocktail, and each time they crafted something unique and delicious. Every drink was different, creative, and perfectly balanced, showing just how attentive and skilled the team is behind the bar.

Read moreWe ate here twice it was so good. The arugula salad, the steaks, the mash potatoes and the lobster wontons were out if this world. The service was impeccable. We had an issue with some of our sides. They sent out the chef, the manager,and the assistant manager. I have never had that level of service before. The next night we came back they went out of their way to prepare a special meal, bone marrow (my husband's favorite) for us and went above and beyond to make up for the first night.
