Panchos Cafe — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

I went this afternoon to get an iced mocha and the woman that was working was absolutely horrendous. Did not say hello, greet, or acknowledge us in any way. I very clearly in Spanish asked if they had soy milk and she just stared at me and would not answer. No matter what we asked her, she was very rude and her answer was always no or she didn't know. Big kicker is, the espresso machine was turned off so to get my mocha would've taken 15+ minutes! She also didn't seem to understand what an iced mocha was. Unpleasant girl at counter. She rolled her eyes when I asked a question about payment. Door states they accept Visa/cards. After attempting to pay with a card, she said they didn’t accept them.
