During a leisurely walk through downtown San Jose del Cabo, we stumbled upon PezGallo and was pleasantly surprised by the charming ambiance. Initially appearing as a small coffee shop, the seating area in the back provided a cozy and inviting setting. Alternatively, enjoying a coffee outdoors was also an option.

The service extended by Fer and the rest of the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Opting for a latte, I was delighted with its perfect balance of milk and coffee, a true treat for the taste buds.

For my meal, I selected the chilaquiles negros with two over easy eggs, and they were cooked to perfection. The flavorful sauce coating the chilaquiles offered a delightful balance of acidity, complemented by the subtle hint of burnt chiles to enhance the dish. The portion size was ideal, satisfying both my hunger and palate.

Although I wanted to explore more of their menu, my limited appetite didn't allow for it. The venue itself was impeccably clean and tidy, providing a welcoming dining environment.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this gem! The egg Benedict was absolutely divine - the poached eggs were cooked to perfection, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. The coffee drinks, particularly the latte and matcha, were very good, but I wished they were a bit larger. A cup holder would also be a nice touch to make it easier to enjoy it. The service was top-notch - our server was super nice and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Poor service and discrimination! We were the only table that had servers come every 2 mins to ask if they could takeaway the plate, but there was still a lot needed to finish. I can understand they don’t want people to stay a long time, but that only happened to us. The table beside came before us, they never got asked and wanted you to leave as soon as possible.
