Sashimis y Mariscos El Burro — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Oh my goodness! We were in Cabo for 4 short days and everyday we passed by we though of stopping and trying it out. On our last day en route to the airport we decided to have breakfast here. The owner mentioned they just recently started selling breakfast and it was the most satisfying home cooked meal breakfast like if our moms had been cooking in the kitchen. Such satisfying flavors! The owner didn’t want us to leave without tasting their famous sashimi…and OH MY GOODNESS! I’m so glad he did, it was the most absolutely delicious seafood dish I’ve had in I don’t know how long! I’m still drooling over the flavors! Can’t wait to go back and have this meal again and try other dishes on their menu! Muchas gracias senor! Best sashimi in town. The sauces they make are amazing and have us both wanting to go back for more (In fact, we will go for a second round before leaving town).

Vayan si es su última opción o la más cercana. Lo único que me gustó de ahí fueron las almejas por frescas. La primera vez pedimos "Sushimi" (No nos gustó) Usan otro tipo de Salsa de Soya o Inglesa aparte que le ponen más cebolla y cilantro para que se vea prominente el plato 🤣Tambien,pedimos tacos de Marlin,una simple tortilla con 3 pedacitos chiquitos. La segunda vez que fuimos fue porque ya no teníamos otra opción rápido y ya teníamos ganas de comer. Les dimos otro "chance" y pedimos Aguashimi, la misma experiencia que la primera vez. No está malo pero tampoco bueno. Cuando el mesero y el que prepara la comida ya están libres,solo se le quedan viendo a la gente y eso es molesto. Creo que podrían mejorar en muchos aspectos y hacerle competencia...
