This is by far the best steak house restaurant in Rosarito. This place was amazing, as a former restaurant owner. I will promise anyone, this place is 10+. Everything was perfect for the appetizers to the greenest freshest salad and a great soup. We all had different types of steaks I had the ribeye every single one was cooked to the absolute perfection You Don't see this type of restaurants anymore. I don't know the owners but they're absolutely perfectionist. This is like being in a five star restaurant in Las Vegas it's absolutely a amazing presentation from them showing you the meats and fish that they bring table side, so you can see you steak or fish before it's cooked, to the desserts they offer which they bring to your table as well and the after-dinner liqueur drinks that they offer. The prices are very reasonable the service is unbelievable you will not find a better run restaurant from Tijuana the Ensenada and probably better than most 5 star San Diego restaurants. The owners of this restaurant know how to do it right. It also the atmosphere is amazing. My name is Samuel and I was there on January 2nd, with a party of 8. The best food and service I've had in a long long time. There is a few other very famous high-dollar restaurants on the boulevard which I want mention the names, El Encino will...

Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Parking: 3/5 Family friendly: 4/5 Stroller friendly: 3/5 ADA accessible: 3/5

We came with 12 people for dinner on a Saturday night was seated pretty quickly. The service here is pretty good. Drinks were decent too.

My only gripe was the food orders. I ordered a cowboy cut steak ($650 mxn pesos) which came with mash potatoes and roasted veggies. I ordered it medium, but it was rubbery and a bit bland. Not sure if the quality the meat rationalized the price. I got that same answer from other people in our group. However, the Mexican food my father in law and kids ordered were on par.

Even though this is a steakhouse, not sure if I'd order another one. But only time will tell. Maybe I'll just have to order a different cut of steak.

Parking is mainly street, but there is also a parking lot with about 5 spots.

If you're in the area give it a try....

I ate here on 11/24/2020 with my Fiance. We were lucky that the restaurant was not busy. So we were able to park easily in front and had open seating. The restaurant has a wild west and rustic theme. We very much enjoyed how the restaurant looked. It was a little cool in the restaurant. A fire in the fireplace would have been nice. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. Our drinks were good. We both ordered steaks, and this is why it is lacking the 5th star. The steaks were not that flavorful, pretty bland. Half my steak was really tender and the other have was very hard. This leaves us to believe they have their meats frozen and then probably use a microwave or something to defrost. I was expecting more for the price they charge. I would probably try to eat here again, but I don't know if I would pay for the...

Very good. Our regular spot, for breakfast La Fuente when we are in this part of town was closed today. So we stopped in across the street at El Encino and it was delicious. The decor is rustic ranch. See pictures. It is comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast menu is varied and includes smoothies and juices along with pancakes & waffles along with the usual egg and Mexican selections. Unique items on their menu include borrego and quail eggs. The service was most attentive. We enjoyed their Cafe de olla and credit cards are accepted. We will be back!

Holy moly. What should say? The best Mexican food I had in ages. The restaurant looks cool, the service was super friendly and quick and most importantly the food was amazing. We've been a party of seven so I had the chance to try a lot of different dishes and they all have been a amazing. My favorite were the Ocpotus with olives on bread, the Tuna steak and the Quesadillas. Also the Mexican coffee tasted awesome and the performance was great too. Make sure to try this place if you're around.
