Visited Sunday 5/27. They were short staffed and the server did apologize for that. But that lead to a not-so enjoyable experience. They were out of avocado, the server claimed they got a bad batch. Mind you, this is one of the reasons for coming here. Later found out from another family member that the did not have avocado at a different Menuderia Guadalajara the same date but different location...hmmm. They were also out of onion, and we were about to leave when the server mentioned that she would check if she could find one, she came back and mentioned she found some but because they were short staffed they did not have someone to cut them. She cut it herself. There were 4 in our party, Menudo was good as expected. I ordered an omelette that was warm, beans and potatoes were a bit on the cold side. Did take some time to get served. I gave 5 stars to the server for going out of her way and doing what she could in this situation. I hope this turns out to be an isolated event. Will try again in a few weeks and...

First I want to start saying my coffe was cold and old even though I asked for another that was hot when they took back my coffe was still not hot and had NO FLAVOR seem like if it was from the night before! Second my chillaquilles had no flavor!! The menudo was ok but NOT THE BEST. So disappointed. Third my waiters never checked on us only at toward the last before leaving the waiter came with a different attitude seemed like he change because he was not attentive at all. So sad...

The only consistently good thing about this particular location is the posole. The menudo is sometimes good and sometimes it’s subpar. The service is also sometimes good or lacking. Parking is limited. 5/18/25 came back to eat here and once again consistently inconsistent, the menudo was watery and lacking flavor , the service was bare minimum. The prices went up also. Time to find a different place for menudo, maybe Popeyes in...
