Wicho's Seafood — Restaurant in Baja California

The food is excellent, in my opinion all the dishes are good or even better than good. I rated three stars because sometimes they don't bring you exactly what you ordered. The services is slow. I understand that they are busy but nonetheless they take some time to ask you what you want or to receive the payment. Personally I prefer to go to their food truck in Blvd. Agua caliente, next to smart and final. You can find this place if you search "Wicho's Salinas a". Its random cooks i guess,servings and taste it varies now,sometimes they serve you micheladas in a nice big cup,or sometimes theyll stinch and give you in a small cup,dont know why..but food is sometimes really good,and sometimes its just flat tasting..all the tacos are really good,but the fresh bar as aguachiles and the wichos special tostada first time it was great,but the second time we went on a weekday it was off,like the guy who prepped it added wich ever seasonings and black sauces on the seafood tower,and it had no tase,just smeared black...

Tostada de ceviche de pezcado good. Fresh,good flavor and amount of fis. I ordered one fish and shrimp "capeado" tacos. Shrimp one was serve on a hard mid warm tortilla,fish ok. Three shrimps and two small pieces of fish. More breaded than meat and way too much cabage,it looses the idea ....fresh salsas.Overall service ok,our waiter not attentive,I had to ask another waiter dor asistance and the tab at the end. Atmosphere ok,perhaps because it was late Sunday close to end of the day. Good but will think twice coming back,better...
