To the Tourists that come here… just honestly don’t. The staff will treat you like you’re not even human if they see you speaking english (mind you… we were speaking spanish to the staff). Waited about 15 minutes to get our order taken because we flagged a server twice. Waitress rolled her eyes any time we asked for anything or an update on our order. Took 1 hour to get HALF of our food. Crepes were undercooked and just tasted like water and flour. Chilaquiles tasted soggy and stale (weird). Server tried to argue that our food was taking long because of lack of staff , which is weird since three tables came after us and they received their meals way before ours even started coming out. Didn’t even try to comp the meal, they gave us a 15% discount. Even though we didn’t even eat the food that was served.
As a person that works at a Michelin star restaurant, this was far from the service I would provide to a guest or expect to receive from a fellow server.
If you’re not a local to the area just avoid this place at all costs. The pictures and social media are far from the truth...

I liked that it has suuch a different concept than Starbucks, and it's nice to appreciate the change.. The ambience is quite nice and calm, music isn't too loud, more like 90s mexican pop! The waiters are polite and friendly. There are board games and book available for customers to use..
I love asking for the specials and their favorites, and the girl was nice enough to describe the different options I wanted for both food and coffee..
I went with a friend and we shared a veggie sandwich, and red velvet waffles with ice cream, then she ordered a banana smoothie and I a cappuccino with a shot of liquor... Overall, both coffee and waffles were extremely sweet!! One thinks of dessert and sure you prepare for something sweet and balanced. But what we had was tooooooooooo much!! No one needs that much sugar!! Thank God for the veggie sandwich.. Which helped, but it was lacking a bit of seasoning and moisture.. (maybe was my tongue incapable of tasting after the load of sugar!)
Maybe, I'll come back. Not sure, if I do.. Will not ask for...
Read moreImpressed and excited to come back to try more things on the menu. I ordered the frape de mazapán and the first sip was Devine. Perfectly balanced and delicious. My sister ordered a hot white mocha and it was perfectly sweet and delicious. I saw others around me order food and it was plated and decorated beautifully. I observed the barista put decorative touches on each drink and I can tell it was done with intention. The alfajor wasn’t my favorite but I am definitely coming back to try other things on the menú.
The place was small and cute, they had music playing in the background and a bookshelf. They had wifi and accepted credit card which is always a win for me.
They should definitely franchise this place....
