If I could give this place a minus stars I give them minus 5 ...Naomi specially she had the nerve to say to me that they where not going to deliver my pizza as I was located out of the range of the delivery area ......my hotel is 4 min away from the Dominoes location I ordered from !!!! I waited for an hour the pizza never came . U can't make this stuff up ..really ......I called after I placed my order online just out of politeness to help them with the delivery...i talked to Naomi and explained to her where i was located ...the hotel name (Four Points Sheraton) gave her the name of the well known hospital the hotel is next to as reference. I waited and waited checking he track service in the app ..after 45 min the thing says pizza ready and delivered ...i had gotten anything I was even waiting outside of the hotel for the delivery.... So I call and asked ...I'm concerned the system says that the pizza has been delivered and after going back an forth with someone at the location...Naomi comes to tell me that they don't deliver to where I'm at!!!!! Unreal ...as I said Im located 4 min away car ride from them . So I said ...sooooo I'm not getting my pizza after all this wait and after I called you an hour ago and you didn't tell me that then ? And she hangs up.
So I place a new order thru Uber eats ......so now I'm hiring a third party delivery company right ? Well that didn't go too well either....more than an hr (by the way I have screen shots to documented all this besides possibly what Uber app has on record ) so no pizza again ...I call again the Domino's location to see what happened to my pizza ...by now a pizza that o originally ordered at about 8:45 has not come and it's nearly 11:00 PM ,...my son which i was ordering this pizza for is now asleep with no food .. They answer and don't have an explanation as to where the pizza is but I suppose they sent someone quick as again they are 4 min away and the driver appears .,..but guess what...the delivery guy is not an Uber eats guy ,..it's a Domino's delivery guy!!! And I said I was told you do not deliver to this "far out of the delivery range area " but under placing your more expensive other thru Uber eats I guess they do deliver to here all of a sudden. I will be getting in touch with Uber eats about this practices as well ....this is very poor customer service ....both companies need to address such mediocre business practice. But as I said earlier, you can't make this stuff up...when I finally got my pie at 11:00 pm more than 2.5 hrs since I started trying to get it ....i Get The wrong pie!!! I ordered twice the thin/crunchy crust ....and they sent a regular crust .. PATHETIC!!!!...
Read moreMy family and I had the most awful experience at this establishment tonight. We are here visiting from the UK. Following a visit to Tulum we were hungry and decided to buy Pizzas. We went and my nephew decided to buy food for the group of 5 people. My nephew repeated on more than one occasion the order for two pizzas and chicken wings. When the order arrived there was only 1 pizza. My nephew complained and said we had been charged for 2 and wanted the order to be filled correctly. He asked to speak to the server who spoke English. She apologised and said that English was not his language. In short it was agreed that a further pizza would be made. I asked about the closing time and was told they were due to close in 20 minutes. We sat and ate the first pizza and chicken whilst waiting for the 2nd. There was a long delay and when we went to ask about the pizza the server was eating the pizza shared by his colleague who spoke to us in English. They were looking at us and laughing whilst they ate it. We were then told after sitting there for more than 20 minutes that he was not making the further pizza. This led to an upset that could have been avoided. I'm pleased that I was there to stop the matter from escalating any further. The man who ate the pizza, charged for an extra pizza, laughed in our face and said that he was the manager. I am appalled by his behaviour and that of his colleague. It is a blight on Mexico considering the warm welcome and hospitality we have received so far. This smacked of extreme racist behaviour and of the like that would not be tolerated in the UK. Customer service was non existent and not to any level of decency of what is acceptable in 2018. This has left me feeling very hurt. However, as I told the individual concerned he knows that what he did was wrong and I leave it to his conscience. He saw 4 young black individuals and felt he could treat them with impunity. He took no notice of the 54 year old man that was with them that would not allow him to get the better of them. Well if this is what you have to offer as the best, please feel free to keep it. To all others please, please avoid this place like the plague. It really is not worth your time, effort nor your hard...
Read moreDominos es mi cadena de pizzas favoritas. La verdad es que su masa es buena (aunque unas veces más secas que otras) y los ingredientes siguen manteniendo su calidad. Siguen su calidad estándar y por eso son mi opción más confiable. Lamentablemente las últimas veces que he ido el servicio al cliente no ha sido el mejor. Si bien te tratan con respeto, no hay mucha paciencia para explicarle al cliente sobre las promociones y pues cuando vas algún lugar para pedir de comer siempre es grato que te reciban con una sonrisa y buena atención. Espero puedan mejorar su servicio al cliente, la espera es estándar (como 15 minutos) entonces eso esta super!! Ojo! El ambiente es agradable, está limpio y se siente la cercanía para los amantes de la pizza. 😁 Eso si, la distribución de las mesas debe mejorar, solo hay 3 pequeñas y una larga. Recomiendo altamente una pizza que está de pruebas de rajas con salsa verde no fui fan de la salsa peeero, la verdad la masa se siente más fresca y con el toque de mantequilla ufff esta increíble junto...
