We used them to stay for about a week at the Dreams Jade Resort & Spa. Erick Martinez was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. They prepared us for our first trip out of the country and our first time at an all-inclusive resort. The trip was very smooth, and the resort was amazing. The people there were all so very friendly. The food was excellent. The free activities were plentiful...so much in fact that we didn't have time to do them all. As amazing as the view, the weather, the rooms, and the pool, and the food were; it was the employees who made it an amazing trip. I had a horrible and terrifying experience last time with Judith of the Travel Concierge Department. I also had a terrifying experience at the resort I stayed at. Both Judith and the management at the hotel were collaborating to breach the terms of my package and attempt to threaten me into attending the presentation that was explicitly stated to not be part of the package I purchased. When confronted, Judith lied to me and even threatened me. All of this happened while I was on the grounds of the resort, and I was legitimately afraid for my life.
