Hachiko Boba Tea La Costa — Restaurant in Cancún

The place is great and all but I ordered Taro and as Taro lover myself, I want to say that this is not Taro and the owner has been saying it. As a person that has traveled the world and has had countless Taro bobas in countless countries, I know that this is not Taro but the owner would not budge and just keeps saying that it is Taro and that this is the way it is.. well, 1st of all, the color is not the same, 2nd, the drink taste identical to strawberry milk and on top of that is 80 pesos..Def not worth the drink. Just buy yourself strawberry milk and you will get your "Taro" according to this place. Honestly, I understand him when he says its Taro because the package he uses says so, however, it tastes nothings like it. That's why I wanted him to just be open and take a note on what I am saying but he was so closed off to any suggestions. Just so disappointed after reading so many...

I went with a friend at night to have a bubble tea and try some of the sides they offer, the place has room enough for hosting a lot of consumers, you can choose if u wanna seat outside of inside, the place was clean. Regarding the food we ordered fries with pulpits, this were great according to the price, the sauce they put on top I really liked, same as the drinks I think that's the main product they offer of course, buy we also ordered the gyozas, I think they are a bit expensive for the size, they were really small and the taste was mediocre. Service was fine like a fast food...

Best boba tea in Cancun, I've been to plenty, this is the best, hands down. The service is wonderful, last time I was here there was a kind person behind the counter who offered my toddler a free sampling because she wanted a marshmallow. The hachiko waffles are absolutely amazing, I've tried the taro and pastry cream....
