Mr. Lasagna — Restaurant in Cancún

My son and I were on vacation in Cancun and needed some variety from the hotel food. My son found Mr. Lasagne by searching through reviews. This restaurant is not in the hotel zone... which is what we were looking for. A taste of what Cancun life is really like. We arrived and were seated on the patio. The owners are Italians- and settled in Cancun 7-10 years ago. They do have an English menu, so be sure to ask for that if you aren’t fluent in Spanish. We chose a bottle of wine, two appetizers, two entrees and two gelatos. The food was AMAZING. My only complaint was that the middle Of our bruschetta was a tad soggy. The taste though was great! Everything we ate was delicious. I had shrimp and bacon Alfredo. We were given complimentary shots of Limoncello and a chocolate shot to finish up our dinner. Restaurant Review: Mr. Lasaña

We recently ordered pizza from Mr. Lasaña, and wow—it felt like I was transported straight back to the heart of the Italian neighborhood in the Bronx, NYC. The crust was perfectly crisp, the sauce had that authentic, tangy richness, and the cheese melted in just the right way. Every bite brought a sense of nostalgia and comfort, like enjoying a slice at a beloved local pizzeria.

This experience has me counting down the days until I can visit the restaurant in person to try their pasta. If their pizza is any indication, I’m sure their other dishes are just as incredible. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic...

My family got take away from here three times on our Cancun vacation. It was an easy walk from our downtown AirBnB.

The Gnocchi with 4 cheese sauce and the bolognese was excellent. All pasta is made in house and you can tell.

Service was excellent. The people working were as nice as can be and were very patient and kind with my very basic Spanish skills.

I will definitely return when we come back to Cancun and I recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Italian cuisine in downtown Cancun
