Adrian, our waiter was so polite! He had a few helpers and boy we felt like royalty! The food was absolutely delicious and the tenderness of the steak was excellent!! And everyone was so friendly!!! The chef wanted to know if we were celebrating something and we told him it was our 25th wedding anniversary!!! Wow, I would’ve never had guessed what they did next. They gathered all their employees and even some from across the street at another restaurant and gave us a free dessert with a firecracker while they were hitting spoons to pots and pans … their genuine love was and kindness was astounding!!! The food, the people, the service… definitely top notch!!! I give them 10 stars!!! ⭐️ If you go to Cancun and don’t eat at Rest. Los de Jalisco you are...

Downtown Cancun , tucked on a busy street behind the Parque de Kabah....a traditional Mexican restaurant with excellent prices and excellent food. tried their "Volcanoes", which are essentially tostadoes with various meat fillings. Their aztec soup is wonderful. A great local experience. you will likely be the only gringoes in the place. Not to worry, like most of Cancun, everyone...

Ate here several times. Took off 1 star because the last time we were there, on a Sunday evening, they served us 2 orders of stale nachos. The three other times we were there, the food was good, probably because we went on a weekday just as they opened? They accept pesos, dollars, and euros. Serves speak English and are kind and patient when you try your old high school...
