Aroma Espresso — Restaurant in Chiapas

The best specialty coffee I have visited in Mexico for various reasons:

We had a whole tasting experience with three different beans, filtered on Chemex & V60 respectively. We're guided conveniently and finished buying the 3 of them to carry home.

Si estás buscando una cafetería con buen ambiente, excelentes sabores y una atención de primera, éste es el lugar. Visité esta cafetería con el fin de tomarme un tiempo y leer tranquilamente y superó mis expectativas. Comencé con un americano, con un sabor cítrico muy bueno y aroma exquisito. Posteriormente probé un carajillo, el cual estuvo excelente en todo aspecto. Procedí a probar el chai latte, con un equilibrio perfecto entre el dulce del chai y el sabor de la leche. Antes de irme, ordené una hamburguesa y por sugerencia del buen Gris, que en todo momento estuvo pendiente y servicial, una bebida con mezcal que si no me equivoco se llama beso de mezcal. La hamburguesa ahumada podría atreverme a decir que es la mejor que eh probado, su toque de mermelada de piña con el queso, hacen una explosión de sabores deliciosa en la boca. Definitivamente recomiendo éste lugar y seguramente regresaré. Visité este lugar el día jueves aproximadamente a las 2:30 y tenian lugares disponibles y un ambiente muy tranquilo. El único detalle sería que es muy difícil encontrar estacionamiento disponible, ya que alrededor hay estacionamientos pero cierran...
