The atmosphere of the place is somewhat suffocating and as there are always a lot of people, the waiters are very busy and I understand it, however the day I went to eat I ordered my food and my family too, for some reason the girl who served me didn't even give me not even cutlery and when he brought the food he did not bring what I asked for, I asked him and he told me that it would take a while but in fact, I had to wait an hour.
The place is nice and although the service that day was not good, I also think that perhaps they had a busy day since it was a Saturday morning, in the same way, the food was not the best either, I did not finish it because it tasted strange :c...
It is the first time that I have tried the famous iHop pancakes, unfortunately it is also the first time that I have tried such dry and tasteless pancakes, only the center of the pancake had "flavor" we are talking about a diameter of 2 cm of flavor. The "combo" obviously looks terrible in person which consists of a potato spice "hash brown" is more like a raw potato paste without consistency, a sausage and a piece of bacon 1000 times out of the picture on the menu. Incredible that this place is located in one of the most important and richest coffee states in Mexico and the coffee they serve is detestable. In short, the staff is very friendly in general, but you have to pay a lot of attention to the kitchen and to following their original recipes.

And the egg and cheese burrito was a challenge to find the cheese in amongst almost raw shredded potato! The servers don’t seem to care about what they are serving. We WON’T be...
