KFC — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Awful. It is a shame that I could not give them zero stars. The people that work there are both lazy and rude. I came in after working a 15-hour day. I was tired and just wanted a fast decent meal. Two of the counter workers were sitting at a table and looked disgusted when they had to stop talking and help me. The young lady took my order and pointed to the young man who was still sitting at the table when I ordered a chicken sandwich meal (as if he was responsible for making part of the order). He slumped over in his chair and threw his hands up and said No, I don't want to, and continued to sit. The girl went in the back where 3 other kitchen workers were laughing and chasing each other around. Someone got my order together and threw it in a sack. No condiments, napkins, or utensils. It was a cold chicken sandwich, rock hard cold fries and a single chicken filet that look as if it had been cooked the day before. I took one bite if the sandwich and decided that it was probably healthier and safer if I just threw it away. I drank the Coke because it was the only edible part of the meal. I come to Chihuahua often on business and have never had such poor service and terrible food. My advice to anyone considering this KFC is to go somewhere else. Bad, Bad service, visited KFC on Wed. Aug 1, 2012, afternoon, the girl behind counter doing everything by herself, the rest of the employees shooting the breeze behind counter not even taking a moment to show empathy for the customers waiting in line. Food was alright, service VERY, VERY SLOW. They suppose to give you the food for free if you do not get a ticket, well this young lady serve like 3-5 customers without even providing a cash ticket, The employees were a bunch of high school kids that really do not care about customer service at all. Nadie en la puerta para toma de temperatura y suministrar gel.

(El gel estaba visible, de fácil acceso por uno mismo, también había cerca de la caja)

Tapete desinfectante de la puerta: seco.

Las pocas mesas disponibles, sucias.

Nadie en la caja para que atienda el pedido. Se tardaron más de 5mins en que viniera alguien a tomarme el pedido pero la chica que me atendió fue muy amable. Aclaró mis dudas y me dió sugerencias del menú, dando a entender que lo conocía bastante bien. Me ofreció promociones oportunas.

Las pocas mesas disponibles, sucias completamente. Vasos, platos, bandejas, una mesa incluso tenía más de 6 platos y vasos sucios.

Baño de mujeres con los 3 botes de basura (uno por cubículo) a reventar de papeles sucios.

Bisquets aunque apenas los horneaban, tardaron solo 10 mins en entregármelos, la cajera se preocupó de informarme oportunamente antes de hacer mi pedido.

Sin ensalada pero me lo compensaron con un puré.

Sin postres, máquina de helados descompuesta, pay tampoco había.

Suelos decentes en el área de comedor y baños pero dentro del área de cocina se veían paquetes de condimentos y cubiertos desechables tirados, debajo de los muebles y entre los mostradores y repisas del área de cocina.

11: Mostrador de caja limpio y ordenado.

12: Algunas piezas del pollo tenían plumas aún...

13: Los empleados con el cubreboca debajo de la nariz (La cajera lo traía correctamente). Algunos empleados jugando, molestándose entre sí. Haciéndose cosquillas y utilizando su celular en área de cocina (dudo que se hayan lavado las manos).

Me entregaron todo correctamente...
