To their credit, they did not charge us. The place has so much potential but the kitchen staff and I assume management are lacking in their desire to deliver a great experience. My wife had visited a year prior and had fond memories and wanted to come back. The place was near empty on a Friday and the wait to order was longer than expected. Every menu given to us was so tattered that you couldn’t even see the beginning of the word on the left side of the menu. Our table top was broken and on multiple occasions we asked for an item on the menu and were told they didn’t have it. Then we asked what they did have and recommend. We put in our order and 30 minutes later got our drinks. The another thirty minutes later we got two plates of the 8 our group ordered. The dish was completely burned and we asked if that was Normal he said no then told someone in our group that they couldn’t make her dish because the meat was still frozen. Not even making this up! They said they would make the food again and promised right away. As the waiter was saying this a cockroach walked across the table. That was the breaking point we all got up and left. He never came back to see if we needed refills until our food arrived 40 mins later. My daughters food didn’t have everything that she had ordered. I asked him 3 times for the rest of her meal. We finished eating and he never brought it back. I had to ask a different waiter for a straw and that guy mumbled something back and never gave me a straw. I complained to him about his service and my daughters food not being brought and he just looked at me like he didn’t know what to say. The cooks were fantastic and apologized for the service.
