Los Arcos — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Was appalled with the way we were treated! Asked for iced tea and got water with lemon that tasted nothing like tea...tasted like dish water...incredible, getting sugar for the so-called tea was like asking for a miracle...really!! To begin with the staff tried to seat us by the bussing station, we asked for a different place, then...we were given paper napkins...when everyone else had linen napkins...then my husband's plate had no sauce, yet an empty container for the sauce. We ordered the shrimp ceviche which was excellent, and stuffed, bacon wrapped shrimp and the coconut mango shrimp (without the mango sauce), which was later provided after requesting and pointing out what was missing! Yes1 The food is delicious but your staff is not cordial at all, seemed very discriminatory towards us, yet circling like flies to other who seemed to be regulars....This was around 1400 hours and when we got there it was empty, though 15 minutes later it was full. I will never-ever again take my husband nor anyone else to your establishment. Mind you, it is not the first time discrimination was completely apparent...perhaps ya'll don't like...

Random trip to cuidad Juarez from El Paso, and I found this place. I loved this place. Service was impeccable The food was amazing and I mean amazing Prices were grossly underpriced, so great The ambiance felt a bit too much but I think the crowd was kinda snobby. Sorry not sorry I wasn't expecting such a fancy place but i was super excited. The only problem was I wanted one of everything on the menu.

I ordered the tuna sashimi, the half order and it was a lot. My friend apparently ordered me a shrimp tosatada, which was sooooo delicious and fresh, man the flavors were explosive for something so simple. I ordered the shrimp salad which was duhhh freaking delicious as well.

My friend ordered some kind of shrimp dish and it was Amazing too!

I mean in short everything was clearly amazing.

If I could I would come here again. It's just soo far alway. This is a must and I mean a must, like you can not miss this place if you are...

This place didn't get a 5 star because I didn't appreciate the fact that when I get in, no one told me I should get scanned and 2 servers plus the manager went to my table and Escort me to the other door to be scanned.I think that if they have 2 doors and it's a requirement to be scanned to have access to the restaurant they should have someone to be at each door taking the temperature 🌡️🤒,That action makes me feel embarrassed since it was my first time going there.I get to have 2 servers they love their job,one of them he's full billigual.I love the tostada's and salsa,I have half of what they called filled avocado,it has shrimp in it,and a sea food bowl,my drink was cucumber limon.Love the presentation of the food and of course the flavor,love the atmosphere,pretty decorations and...
